Job Description

As a Telecalling Executive - Life Insurance, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over the phone to promote and sell life insurance products. You will play a key role in generating leads, explaining policy benefits, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain features and benefits of various life insurance products Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with interested customers to close sales Maintain and update customer database on a regular basis Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless onboarding

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline 0-2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (insurance preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
