The Telecalling Executive is responsible for making and receiving calls to share information, collect details, and support internal coordination. This role does not involve sales or target-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls as assigned
Provide clear and accurate information to callers
Collect and verify customer or client details
Maintain proper documentation
Follow company guidelines and call procedures
Coordinate with concerned departments when required
Qualifications & Skills
:
Any graduate or higher secondary qualification
Good communication skills(ENGLISH)
Professional, polite, and patient attitude
