Make outbound calls to patients for appointments and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls and provide hospital-related information
Explain hospital services, doctors' availability, and procedures
Schedule appointments and maintain call records
Coordinate with hospital departments when required
Ensure polite and professional communication at all times
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
Prior telecalling or hospital experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
