Job Description

The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential customers or students, explaining products or services, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain product/service details. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Counsel and guide customers/students regarding courses, services, or offers. Maintain a follow-up system to ensure conversions. Record all interactions, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales/admission team for timely updates. Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience in every call.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (freshers can also apply). Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus). Good listening and convincing skills..

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
