you will be responsible for handling and qualifying student and parent leads, ensuring they are directed to the correct advisors or departments. This role is critical for driving course enrolments by ensuring every lead is properly understood, nurtured, and routed for conversion.
Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Qualification:
Connect with students and parents, understand their education goals, verify their interest levels, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Lead Distribution:
Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate Academic Advisors or sales teams based on course category and requirements.
?
Follow-up Coordination:
Ensure all leads receive timely callbacks and follow-ups by coordinating with the EdTech sales team.
?
Data Entry & Tracking:
Update CRM with call outcomes, lead stages, and follow-up details while maintaining accurate records.
?
Conversion Support:
Share essential lead insights with the sales team to increase the probability of enrolment during their counselling calls.
?
Performance Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly reports on call volume, qualified leads, and conversions supported.
?
Customer Interaction:
Provide basic information about Talrop's courses, clarify initial doubts, and guide prospects to the right advisor.

Feedback Loop:
Collect feedback from sales teams on lead quality and improve qualification processes accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
? Strong communication skills with clarity and confidence on calls.
? Good organisational and administrative abilities.
? Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
? Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
? Prior telecalling or EdTech sales experience preferred.
? Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
