We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Telecalling Executive
to handle outbound calls and generate qualified sales leads for the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively to prospects.
Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels (web inquiries, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads generated, and responses in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive company image.
Provide feedback on customer trends and market responses to the management.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any degree (Graduates preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (Freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil/Hindi (as applicable).
Basic computer knowledge
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
