Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Telecalling
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Staff for a seasonal position from November 2025 to March 2026. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound queries professionally and provide relevant information to customers.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients.
Update customer details and call records accurately in the database.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth during the seasonal period.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi/English.
Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets within timelines.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
Available for full-time work during the contract period (Nov 2025 - Mar 2026).
