We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and gather information.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services.
Follow scripts and communication guidelines to present information clearly and persuasively.
Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain a detailed understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to clients.
Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance selling techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in Telesales or customer service..
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
Basic computer skills
Education and Experience:
Degree or Diploma; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred.
