Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents regarding admission enquiries.
Counsel students about available programs and career opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the Bangalore branch for seminar schedules and registration updates.
Maintain student records and update enquiry databases regularly.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or educational sales.
Proficiency in
Hindi, Telugu, and English
(mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Preferred Qualities
Prior experience in education or training sector.
Self-motivated, and good at follow-ups
