Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce insurance products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and premium structures clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales/relationship team.
Maintain an updated client database and follow up on warm leads.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and accurate product knowledge.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the servicing and sales team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to team's specific client interaction requirement).
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM usage).
Pleasant voice, confident approach, and client-focused attitude.
