Experience: - 6 months to 1 year



:




Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers -100 calls on daily basis. Explain company products/services, Properties available on auctions to prospective buyers. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable) for banking clients. Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in excel sheet with remarks. Email marketing to registered database to all client's/Banner creation. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.



Key Skills:




Excellent verbal communication skills Fluency in English and local language(s) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel) Good listening and convincing skills * Ability to work under targets and pressure
