We are looking for a smart and dynamic Telecaller to support HNI client acquisition and sales for real estate and construction investment projects. The role involves contacting potential High Net-Worth Individuals, sharing project details, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team for conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to identify and engage HNI prospects.
Share basic information on real estate and construction investment opportunities.
Qualify leads based on interest, investment capacity, and requirements.
Schedule meetings/site visits and coordinate with the Relationship Manager.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM.
Follow up with clients for documentation, KYC, and project updates.
Support client engagement through calls, invitations to webinars, and post-sales follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication and provide excellent customer support.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in telecalling or real estate sales preferred.
Ability to handle HNI clients professionally.
Basic knowledge of real estate or investments is a plus.
Strong follow-up and CRM handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
