Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote jewelry products and offers. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic queries. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on customer interactions. Schedule appointments for in-store visits or sales consultations. Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and preferences. Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in jewelry or retail is a plus). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident in handling customer objections. Basic knowledge of jewelry products, designs, and trends (training will be provided). Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office. Target-driven, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
