We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Telecalling Executive (Fresher)

to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing product/service information, generating leads, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets Follow call scripts and communication guidelines Identify and qualify leads for the sales team Handle basic customer queries and provide correct information Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Share daily reports with the team leader

Requirements

Fresher / 0-1 year experience Good communication skills in English + local language Basic computer skills (MS Excel/CRM) Confident, polite, and customer-friendly Ability to handle high-volume calling Fast learner and target-oriented
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,088.09 - ?15,000.00 per month
