Guide customers regarding
mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other investment options
(training will be provided).
Maintain customer data accurately and follow up regularly for closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a
professional and polite approach
.
Understand customer needs and offer the most relevant investment solutions.
Meet daily/weekly calling & conversion targets (easy & achievable).
Work closely with team leaders to improve performance and achieve goals.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle basic queries smoothly.
Update CRM records after every interaction.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
