Female Telecalling Executive

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote clinic services (skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments). Handle inbound inquiries related to treatments, appointments, pricing, and ongoing offers. Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and promotions in a clear and persuasive manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, appointments, and feedback in the CRM system. Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversions and build long-term relationships. Coordinate with the clinic's front desk and doctors for smooth appointment handling. Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Achieve daily and monthly call and appointment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate .

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare sector (preferably in a skin, hair, or cosmetic clinic).

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data entry.

Other Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and persuasive speaking abilities Good listening and problem-solving skills Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
