Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from provided leads
Explain course offerings, benefits, and features of NEET/JEE programs
Guide customers through the enrollment process
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain CRM records
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Provide support and resolve queries related to courses and fees
Work closely with the sales and academic team to align offers and updates
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in EdTech telecalling/sales (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in
Malayalam and English
Knowledge of NEET, JEE, or similar entrance exams preferred
Ability to persuade and convert leads effectively
Basic computer/CRM handling skills
