Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Initiate and manage client communications primarily through outbound and inbound calls and emails to understand their needs, provide information, and address inquiries.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and communications
Event Coordination & Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events (e.g., workshops, webinars, conferences, promotional activities).
Communicate event details, logistics, and updates to clients and participants via calls and emails.
Manage event registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
Gather feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement.
Sales & Business Development (as applicable):
Identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth through client interactions.
Present products or services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
General Administration:
Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, event progress, and sales activities.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2 years as a Telecalling Executive, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
Demonstrable experience in
managing clients via phone calls and emails
with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Solid experience in
event management or coordination
, including logistics, communication, and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
in English (and local language if required).
Highly confident and articulate
in dealing with diverse client personalities and situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
