Make Outbound Calls

: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.

Handle Inbound Queries

: Respond to incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or complaints professionally.

Maintain Customer Records

: Update customer information in the database and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.

Achieve Sales/Conversion Targets

: Persuade customers to purchase products or services and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Follow-up Communication

: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers and maintain consistent communication to close sales.

Provide Product/Service Information

: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Handle Objections Effectively

: Listen to customer concerns patiently and provide appropriate solutions to build trust.

Collaborate with Team

: Work closely with the sales or customer service team to streamline processes and improve performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
