Managing Phone Calls:

Handling Correspondence:

Process incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

Maintaining Records:

Keep accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.

Administrative Support:

Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer Service:

Ability to interact professionally with clients and visitors.
