Telecalling Executive – Corporate Gifting

Roles & Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients and generate sales leads. Explain the company's gifting solutions, offers, and services to prospects. Schedule appointments and connect prospects with the Sales Manager for closures. Follow up with clients to ensure conversion from leads to orders. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and client interactions. Work closely under the guidance of the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

telecalling / inside sales / telesales

(corporate gifting or B2B sales preferred). Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi (optional), and regional languages (preferred). Ability to handle objections and build positive client relationships. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
