Saifunique Testing Laboratory is seeking a motivated
Telemarketing Executive
to support business development activities by promoting laboratory testing services and engaging with prospective clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain laboratory testing services
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
Maintain call records and client data accurately
Coordinate with the technical and sales team for service closure
Handle basic customer queries professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi required; English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
