Job Description

Role- Telecalling Executive - Lead Conversion & Sampling Coordination

Location - Guwahati

Work mode- On-site

CTC- As per industry standard. Slightly negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads generated via Instagram and other social media platforms Call interested customers to explain the products and understand their interest Coordinate with the internal team and courier partners to arrange sample dispatch Maintain records of calls, responses, and sample dispatch status Gather feedback after sample delivery to support conversions Coordinate with sales or logistics teams for smoother communication flow.

Requirements

1. Must have strong verbal communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English.

2. Comfortable with making follow-up calls and handling customer queries

3. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
