Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries and grievances to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Clearly explain the benefits, usage, ingredients, and efficacy of various Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products to customers.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate daily call logs, update customer information, and manage lead status in the CRM or sales software.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales, ideally with Ayurvedic or healthcare products, is required.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English often being mandatory.
Sales Skills:
Proven sales experience, strong convincing power, and negotiation skills are crucial.
Attitude:
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset are essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer/internet skills.
