We are looking for a dynamic individual to conduct customer surveys for FMCG brands, gather insights through telecalling, and analyze the collected data to generate actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct customer surveys via multiple channels (telecalling, online, offline).
Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback and insights.
Accurately record responses and maintain detailed survey databases.
Analyze survey results using statistical tools and identify key customer trends.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
Collaborate with teams to translate customer insights into strategies.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of surveys.

Requirements:


Fluent English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer surveys, or market research is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools (SPSS, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Ability to handle large volumes of calls and meet survey targets.
