We are looking for a

Telecalling / Customer Care Executive

who can handle customer inquiries, follow up with clients, and provide excellent customer support over calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities:



Incoming & outgoing customer calls handle karna Product details, offers, schemes, aur order-related queries ka proper response dena Customer complaints & issues ko professionally resolve karna Follow-up calls for inquiries, visits, and pending orders WhatsApp & basic system entries maintain karna Customer satisfaction ensure karna

Required Skills:



Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred) Polite & customer-friendly attitude Telecalling / Customer handling ka experience preferred Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM basic) Jewellery showroom experience will be an advantage

Qualification:



Minimum 12th Pass Graduate preferred

Experience:



Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Salary:



18 to 25k
