Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipping and delivery status.
Ensure smooth communication and support until the product is delivered.
Social Media Handling
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Post content, reply to comments and messages.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva is a plus.
Google Docs & Sheet Management
Maintain customer data, daily activity reports, and order records.
Update follow-up status and internal coordination sheets regularly.
Telecalling & Customer Support
Make and receive calls to assist customers and resolve their queries.
Handle follow-ups and basic customer engagement.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
(English is mandatory as most customers are from South India)
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Email, etc.)
Responsible, polite, and confident personality
Familiarity with social media usage
Comfortable with work-from-home or in-office (as per arrangement)
