Job Title: Telecalling cum Receptionist - Data Recovery Services Location: Secunderabad CTC Computer Market Experience Level: 3 Years Job Type: Full-time : We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecalling cum Receptionist to join our team at Lifeguard Data Recovery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on cold calling and customer care. This role involves a combination of telecalling responsibilities and front desk receptionist duties. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our data recovery services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of choosing Lifeguard Data Recovery. Customer Care:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with appointment scheduling. Client Follow-Up:Follow up on leads generated through cold calls and marketing efforts.
Maintain a database of client interactions and update customer records. Front Desk Reception:Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment. Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on cold calling and customer care.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with data recovery services is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office.
