Job Title: Telecalling & Computer QC Executives (Women Only)

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic female executives to work in-office for Telecalling and Computer QC (Quality Checking) roles.

Eligibility & Salary:

1. For Experienced Candidates:

Monthly Salary: ?10,000 to ?15,000 (based on experience).
Candidates with prior experience in telecalling or technical roles will be given preference.
A) Candidates with good communication skills

B) Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines

C) Proficiency in Telugu and English (spoken)

D) Prior experience in Sales and Telecalling preferred

2. For Freshers:

A)3 Months Training Programwith a monthly stipend of ?5,000.
B) Training includes hands-on learning with technical tools and installation of computer hardware & software.

C) Incentives will be provided during the training period.

D) After 3 months, candidates will be offered a permanent position in the company.

Training Includes:

a) Telecalling training using CRM systems, including how to follow scripts during customer interactions.

b) Basic understanding of Computers and Electronic Product Hardware.

c) Operating System (OS) and Software Installation Training.

d) Use of various Technical Tools.

e) Complete practical guidance and skill development.
