Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Telecalling Executive

to join our Chemiclean team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting company products, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Chemiclean's cleaning and hygiene products. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Follow up with interested customers and maintain daily call records. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally. Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude on every call.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages preferred). Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner. Basic computer knowledge of MS Office Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
