Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused

Telecalling Executive - Customer Support

to join our in-office team. You will play a key role in handling incoming and outgoing calls, guiding users, resolving queries, and supporting clients.

Female candidates are preferred

, though the role is open to all qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to assist customers and property owners Explain FlatX services clearly and guide users through listing processes Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email with a polite and helpful approach Follow up with leads and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain updated records in Google Sheets/CRM tools Coordinate with the support and technical teams when needed Build a trustworthy relationship with users and resolve issues on time

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidates preferred

, but all may apply Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Friendly, patient, and persuasive tone on calls Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets) Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or voice process roles Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
