Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Quality Auditor

Location: Focal Point, near Fortis Hospital

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years (preferably in telecalling / customer service quality check)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ?20,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

Listen to and evaluate daily call recordings made by telecallers. Conduct random audits of telecalling interactions to ensure adherence to company scripts and standards. Identify errors, communication gaps, and areas for improvement in telecallers' performance. Prepare daily and weekly audit reports highlighting strengths and weaknesses of each telecaller. Collaborate with the training team or team leads to recommend specific training or coaching sessions. Ensure that all customer interactions maintain professionalism, accuracy, and service quality. Monitor call etiquette, tone, accuracy of information, and customer satisfaction indicators. Maintain confidentiality of call recordings and audit findings. Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall telecalling quality and productivity.
Key Skills Required:

Good listening and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of telecalling/customer service processes Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation Effective communication and feedback skills
