Responsibilities:

? Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while tele calling

? Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients

? Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling

? Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while tele calling

? Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Requirements:

? Strong communication skills and tele calling

? Previous experience in a tele-caller job or similar role

? Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work

? Research skills for tele calling and reaching out to new client

? Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
