Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
cold calls
and outreach to potential candidates for overseas job opportunities.
Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and messages to guide them through the hiring process.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure high conversion rates.
Address candidate queries regarding job roles, visa processes, relocation, and other concerns.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
Ensure all candidate documents (resumes, certifications, passports, etc.) are properly verified.
Coordinate with clients and overseas partners for interviews and onboarding.
Meet monthly recruitment targets for candidate conversion.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2+ years in lead conversion
Mandatory experience in
cold calling, or telecalling
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Soft Skills:
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
