real estate and client communication.

Job Summary

We are hiring a

Tele-calling Assistant

who will handle

lead calling, WhatsApp communication, and client follow-ups

for our real estate listings.
The ideal candidate should be

confident on phone calls, polite, organized, and willing to learn the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to new and existing leads regarding property inquiries. Handle

WhatsApp communication

with clients -- share property photos, videos, and details. Maintain regular

follow-ups

with clients and update lead status in the tracking sheet. Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to schedule

property visits

and client meetings. Record daily updates, feedback, and lead progress accurately. Maintain professionalism and positive tone during all client interactions. Learn and understand

property details, pricing, and locations

to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

Education:

HSC / Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome (Real estate knowledge is a plus)

Skills:

Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

Basic knowledge of

real estate concepts

(buying, renting, leasing) Comfortable using

WhatsApp, Excel, and phone calling

for business communication Confident, polite, and patient while speaking with clients Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

Monday to Saturday

Experience Level:

Fresher or up to 1 year in telecalling / customer service / real estate

Salary:

Fixed (will be discussed after the interview)
