Role Summary:Responsible for generating leads, calling prospective buyers, scheduling site visits, and supporting sales closures for real estate resale properties.Key Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads from CRM, portal leads (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).- Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects.- Understand buyer requirements and match suitable resale inventory.- Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales team.- Follow up with prospects until closure; maintain high call productivity.- Update CRM daily with call notes, lead stage, and feedback.- Handle basic inbound queries regarding property availability.Required Skills- Excellent Kannada, Hindi and English communication- Strong persuasion & follow-up skills- Real estate resale knowledge- Lead nurturing ability- Basic CRM/Excel handling- Customer service skillsQualifications- Graduate/12th Pass- 1-3 years experience in real estate tele calling (resale preferred)KPIs- Daily call volume- Qualified leads generated- Site visits scheduled- Conversion support (ref:updazz.com)
