:- Forecasting batches- strength, type, location- Conducting selection interviews- Ownership of three services- Model Training, Pageant Training, Portfolio Shoot- Sales process optimization - Analyze lead quality coming from different channels. - Coordinating with agency to monitor and evaluate ad performance- conversions, quality forecasting- Sales assets- creation and updating of the client pdfs, power points - Ensure customer satisfaction- Attending a large number of client calls and meetings on a daily basis.- Monitoring and evaluation of ad performance - lead generation, lead quality and all aspects. - Additional information As the sales person, your job will start from reaching out to the leads generated from different sources. You have to extract the qualified leads from the entire lot, nurture them and ultimately convert them. The conversion does not just bring revenue but the larger goal is to train people who are driven, inspired and want to make an impact in the industry thereby creating a community of talented models.
