In this role, you will engage with potential customers through outbound calls, educate them about cutting-edge comfort solutions, and drive in-store walk-ins and sales conversions through proactive follow-ups and digital engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Make a minimum of 140 connected outbound calls per day via the click-to-call dialer.- Ensure at least 2 hours and 45 minutes of effective daily talk time.- Handle both fresh leads and follow-up calls to maximize walk-ins and store conversions.- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to prospective customers.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.- Coordinate with in-store teams for lead follow-ups, appointments, and walk-in tracking.- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and engagement targets.Requirements:- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam).- Strong communication and persuasion skills.- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment.- Prior experience in retail telesales, digital lead conversion, or store walk-in generation is highly desirable.
