Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Telecaller - Sales Appointment Coordinator
to connect with potential and existing customers via phone, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and new leads from CRM, exhibitions, and databases.
Fix and confirm appointments between customers and field executives.
Update lead details, call logs, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel sheets.
Share daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
Handle initial customer queries and forward qualified leads to sales executives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication in Gujarati/Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer and telephone etiquette.
