Group Landmark is hiring for Telecaller at Ahmedabad.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility will be to contact existing customers to remind them ofupcoming or overdue car service appointments and assist them in scheduling theirvisits at Service center.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of scheduled or due vehicleservices.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system with customer responses.
Explain service benefits and promotions, if applicable.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Follow up with customers who missed or postponed their appointments.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Preferred Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM systems.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive industry is anadvantage.
