Job Summary:- Brain Recoding is on a mission to revolutionize Indian education using memory science and brain-boosting tools. - As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the voice of this movement - calling schools, setting appointments for field demos, and initiating school partnerships for RRS and Neuro Habits programs.- You'll work closely with city-based Sales Managers and directly impact the growth of India's most powerful learning transformation program.Key Responsibilities:- Make 50-80 calls per day to schools, principals, teachers, or coordinators- Explain the benefits of Rapid Recall System & Neuro Habits over phone- Fix demo appointments for city Sales Manager- Maintain call sheet, leads status, and update follow-up reports- Follow up with interested schools and assist in closing- Help build a referral network (booksellers, tuition teachers etc.)Key Requirements:- Male/Female both can apply (Age 20-35 preferred)- Minimum 2-3 years experience in telecalling or inside sales (education, insurance, edtech preferred)- Strong communication skills in Hindi + regional language; English basic understanding preferred- Must be confident in pitching to school principals, coordinators or parents (B2C sales) and educators over phone- Should be comfortable with daily calling targets (80-100 calls/day)- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset- Must be familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp follow-ups, and CRM updates- Should have basic product learning skills and quick understanding of RRS/Neuro Habits modules- Fast learner and ready to grow into team leadership roles over timePreferred: - Previous experience in school communication, coaching centre calling, or field lead generationSalary:- Fixed: 12,000 - 18,000/month (based on city/experience)- Performance Incentives: Upto - 25,000/month- Promotions: Fast-track to Inside Sales Lead Regional BDA CoordinatorPerformance Metrics (KPIS):- Calls per Day: Minimum 50 - 80 outbound calls- Appointments Fixed: 15-20/week- 10 students daily webinar invite in case of online B2C sales.- Follow-up Completion Rate: - 90%- CRM/Google Sheet Accuracy: 100% updates maintained- Conversion Support: Assist Sales Manager in closing 3-5 schools/month- Retention: 90-day performance-based confirmationWhy Join Us
