Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain customer records in CRM/database.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive personality.
Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
