Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.

Inbound Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving complaints related to products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through calls and other means, and passing them on to the sales team.

Relationship Building:

Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Sales Support:

Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

Updating customer information, maintaining call logs, and generating reports on sales activities.

Compliance:

Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts during interactions with customers.

Feedback Collection:
