Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Zoycare products to potential customers
Use warm calling techniques to connect and build rapport with prospects
Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads using CRM systems
Provide timely support and resolution to customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
Previous experience in FMCG sales, inside sales, or technology product sales preferred
Strong Tamil & English communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
