Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Telecaller

with a background in

academic counseling and IT course sales

to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the

edutech sector

, strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings. Counsel students on IT training programs such as Java, Python, SQL, and other technologies. Understand the student's career goals and recommend appropriate courses. Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective follow-up and persuasion. Maintain a database of leads and regularly update status and feedback. Coordinate with the sales and academic team for smooth onboarding. Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue. Attend training sessions to stay updated on course content and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in

edutech telecalling or academic counseling

. Proven experience in selling

IT-related courses

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior work experience in a similar role in the edutech industry.
