Salary: 15000 - 30000 + Incentives

Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for second home properties by contacting potential clients, providing property information, and scheduling site visits. They will play a key role in building relationships with prospects and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential clients based on target lists, Excel data, and other sources.


Provide detailed information about available second home properties, including location, amenities, pricing, and project details.


Answer questions from potential clients about properties and address their concerns.


Determine the interest level of potential clients and identify their specific needs and requirements.


Arrange appointments or site visits for interested clients with site manager.


Maintain and update customer records in the Excel.


Follow up with prospects to gauge interest, answer questions, and nurture leads.


Work towards closing deals by providing excellent service and building strong relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
