Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our insurance sales team The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining various insurance products such as health Insurance, Motor Insurance andGeneral Insuranceas well as handling queries and providing accurate information to encourage sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Promote and explain

Medical, Motor and General Insurance

products. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Follow up with interested customers and close deals. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Any graduates preferred. Good communication skills in English and

Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam

(both is a plus). Prior experience in telesales , marketing or insurance is a plus (not mandatory). Basic understanding of insurance products preferred. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
