We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Telecaller
to handle both inbound and outbound calls in the real estate domain. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, providing information about projects, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound calls
from prospective buyers and provide project details.
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients for lead generation and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable property options.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with client interactions.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to support closures.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
