Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
Explain dental services, treatment options, and offers to patients clearly and courteously.
Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment schedules.
Follow up with patients for treatment reminders, feedback, and confirmations.
Coordinate with doctors and the front office team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient queries efficiently and maintain a professional tone at all times.
Meet daily and monthly communication and appointment targets.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience as a Telecaller in a
dental or healthcare centre
.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in
English and Malayalam
(additional languages preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, appointment software).
Polite, confident, and patient-friendly attitude.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
