Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to enquires from social media, newspapers and other media advertising Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote and explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or site visits. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM and Google sheet. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive Answer customer queries and provide appropriate product solutions.

Other Preferred Experiences:

Prior experience in tele-sales or inbound calling roles. Background in product sales, especially in premium quality or branded products. Experience in sales and marketing activities, including client follow-ups and promotional campaigns. Demonstrated ability to communicate product value and close sales effectively. Familiarity with handling customer inquiries for high-value or quality-focused products.
